Stein Digit@l Furnace®

Stein Digit@l Furnace® for slabs, beam blanks, blooms and billets offers the best value for money on the market in terms of initial investment, operating costs, scale loss and product quality.

Stein Reheating WHF

Stein Reheating Walking Beam Furnace (WBF) features low consumption, best temperature homogeneity and metallurgical properties of the reheated product with the shortest residence time.

Stein Reheating WHF

The heavy-duty Stein Reheating Walking Hearth Furnace (WHF) reheats round or square billets and blooms. It is easy to operate and can also be easily emptied for maintenance operations.

Stein Reheating PF

Stein Reheating Pusher Furnace (PF) works by pushing products through the combustion chamber in a process that offers both high efficiency and very low operating costs.

Stein Helyo™RtH

The modular rotary hearth furnace - Stein Helyo® RtH - is used for reheating round billets used in seamless tube mills, forging plants and for heat treatment (annealing, quenching) of wire rod coils.

Hybrid solution for long products

Fives’ hybrid solution combines a Stein reheating furnace and a high-flux CELES CELINE inductor. It enables the billet to be reheated quickly while the furnace is operated at a lower temperature.
